LAGOS FASHION WEEK '26

Lagos Fashion Week’s 2026 Woven Threads VII exhibition, themed Crafted, interrogated the structures underpinning fashion through material, process, and production. For the exhibition, we presented works from the Nsaamo collection - named after the engraved hardwood mallets used in Lubugo production. The collection reflects the urgency of returning to indigenous materials and processes as a means of recentering global fashion toward circularity.
