The Fashion Cypher networking events (2024-2025) were a quarterly series creating third space for fashion designers, artists and the public to connect. Through a marketplace, panel talks, film screenings, live music, dance performances, garment showcases and more, these events provided a vital platform for designers and artists to present and market their work. Emphasising ethics, sustainability and Kampala's burgeoning slow fashion industry, the Cypher Networking events provided education purposes too. Diverse cross-artistic performances and improvisations reflected the interconnectedness of different art forms in defining Ugandan cultural identity.
